The ISO 9001:2000 standard under which the Manager’s various offices operate, incorporates a requirement that the company constantly monitors feedback from its customers on its product and services.

The managers have long monitored feedback from Members and suppliers. Since 2000 they have maintained an electronic database on which all feedback is recorded. This has allowed better analysis of feedback items and improved management of the actions needed to clear up items that need correction.

This section of the website lists some recent feedback items on this website to illustrate to Members what issues are being raised and what steps are taken to correct and improve matters.
