The London based claims function is formed of three Syndicates to ensure the most appropriate resources are available for the needs and circumstances of the members. 

London Syndicate 1 looks after the interests of Members based in Japan, Turkey, Russia, India, Pakistan and the Middle East. The new team-mail address for this Syndicate is LS1.ukclub@thomasmiller.com.

London Syndicate 2 attends Members based in Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Croatia, Scandinavia and North and South Africa. London Syndicate 2 will also look after those Greek Members who continue to be served by the London office. The team-mail address for this Syndicate is LS2.ukclub@thomasmiller.com.

The People Claims team exclusively handles all P&I/Defence matters relating to crew, stevedores, passengers, stowaways, refugees and third party visitors involving injury, illness, death, drug smuggling, immigration fines, loss of or damage to effects of crew/others, occupational disease and ITF disputes.

People Claims provides claims and advisory services to Members involved in the cruise and ferry sectors in addition to all Members of London Syndicates 1 & 2. The team mail address for this Syndicate is: peopleclaims.ukclub@thomasmiller.com

Piraeus

The managers of the UK Club and UK Defence Club, have maintained a representative office in Piraeus for more than thirty years. In 1998, Thomas Miller (Hellas) Ltd restructured into a fully fledged claims handling unit of nine claims handlers, including two Senior Claims Directors responsible for the service delivery to Greece based members of the UK Club.
