Certification Procedure
We understand that the Spanish authorities may require Bunkers and CLC applications to be submitted up to 30 days before the date on which the certificate is to enter into force. It is recommended that Members check with those authorities to ensure timely submission of applications.


Applications for CLC certificates should be sent to the same contact dealing with the Bunker Convention applications.

Accepts electronic Blue Cards from the IG of P&I Clubs and Insurance companies on Ministry of Economy Register in .pdf format but not sent by e-mail (i.e. accepts hard copy that have been printed from an electronic .pdf version but does not require the original).
