In response to the developments in piracy in the Indian Ocean the Maritime sub-committee of the International Group of P&I Clubs has thoroughly reviewed and revised its advice to shipowners. This advice is provided in the format of an extensive set of ‘frequently asked questions’ (FAQs) which address the key issues of concern to Members.
