Listening and reporting back

We are always looking at ways to improve our service. One way to do so is simply to ask members and their brokers to rate our performance. That is why, earlier in the year, we carried out a survey. We are pleased to pass on the findings in the attached booklet and would like to thank everyone who shared their views with us.

We received strong, positive feedback on key areas. Our financial performance was judged to be sound by an overwhelming majority of participants and our service was rated highly. It is encouraging to see that many of our recent initiatives are proving beneficial.

We are also clear about areas where there is room for improvement. Having listened, we will now act on the findings where it was felt we could do better.
