Japan ports update - 24th March - Dry bulk
Port conditions: The following listed dry bulk ports are closed or non-operational. Rescue operations are still being undertaken and no indication yet of repair/recovery works, not only to the ports but to the many roads, bridges etc. destroyed by the quake and tsunami on March 11, 2011.

US VRP Compliance
