Member Survey 2011 (Editorial 14th April)

  • Date: 14/04/2011

The UK P&I Club values your views about its product and services.  Next month we will be carrying out a survey of our Members and their brokers to find out their opinions of the UK P&I Club.  The survey findings will provide valuable feedback to help us refine our product and services.

This telephone survey will consist of a short list of questions that takes between 15 and 20 minutes to complete.  UK P&I Club Members and brokers will be chosen at random from our global database to participate.  We have employed two experienced research companies to carry out this work for us; they are Circle Research (coordination) and RSM (fieldwork).  Together, they will conduct an independent and unbiased survey of member satisfaction and product quality.

If you are contacted and asked to take part, we hope that you will be able to take the time to let us know how we are doing.  Your responses combined with those of other Members help us measure your satisfaction with our product and service delivery.  Your individual answers and comments will only be passed on to us by the researchers with your permission.

The survey is due to start Tuesday, 3rd May and ends Friday 27th May.  A direct invitation will be sent shortly asking Members and brokers whether they would participate in this survey.

Further explanation can be found on the Why UK P&I page of this website.  However if you have any questions or comments regarding the survey, please contact:
