Kamel joined Thomas Miller in October 2000 and worked for nine years handling a range of P&I claims and providing advice on contracts and bills of lading. He has a masters degree in maritime law from Aix-Marseille University and sailed for three years for shipping companies in Tunisia as a junior officer.
