Career Summary
Karl is a Master Mariner with some 42 years of experience in the marine industry. He joined Thomas Miller after working with P&O and London marine consultants Cleghorn Wilton and Associates.
Initially he worked within the syndicates handling claims and then set up the Loss Prevention Department in the early 90's. Promoted to a Director in 1992 he is now a Member of the Global Management Team, managing the Loss Prevention and Ship Inspection departments, he is Chairman of the Club's "Carefully to Carry" Committee and responsible for the analysis of the Club's large claims and the consultants employed to investigate those claims
