Career Summary
Louise joined Thomas Miller in March 2002 as a Claims Executive specializing in personal injury claims. Prior to joining Thomas Miller Louise was a partner with Emard, Danoff, Port & Tamulski, LLP. Before that she practiced law for eight years in the San Francisco office of Kaye Rose & Partners. Immediately after law school, Louise worked in the London office of another P&I Club.
In 2004 Louise became Leader of the Thomas Miller (Americas) Bodily Injury Team which currently meets twice monthly to review and discuss bodily injury claims and litigation for both the P&I and TT Clubs. She is responsible for the publication of the UK P&I Club's US Bodily Injury News and the annual member Round Table held in the New Jersey Office. In June 2006, Louise was appointed Director of Thomas Miller (San Francisco) and assumed responsibility for management of the San Francisco office. In September 2009, Louise was appointed Senior Claims Director for the UK P&I Club.
