Our Members’ relationships with the Club thrive on the access to individual and diverse service support in addition to its traditional insurance related activities.

The Club positively encourages Members to seek advice and information from its staff.   The advantage of such informal and individual support is not limited to the individual Member, but it is frequently the seed of more widespread advice or information published through this website and other Club publications.

The UK Club’s Member facing staff are recruited from a variety of relevant transport and legal backgrounds.  Their previous careers will include qualified and practising solicitors and attorneys, masters and other ships’ officers, operational and commercial executives, insurance brokers, ship brokers and marine surveyors, even medical professionals.
