The managers' offices are certified to ISO 9001:2000 standard, which incorporates a requirement that the company constantly monitors feedback from its customers on its product and services. The managers have long monitored feedback from Members and suppliers but since 2000 have maintained an electronic database on which all feedback is recorded. This has allowed better analysis of feedback items and improved management of the actions needed to clear up items that need correction.

It is the managers aim to list recent feedback items on this website so that the Members can see what issues are being raised and what steps the managers are taking to correct and improve matters.

It is hoped that this will help the managers to maintain continuous improvement in the levels of service given.
