On 24th September 2004, Karl Lumbers and Capt Malcolm Lowle, the Club's HSE consultant, conducted a human element workshop in Vancouver for US and Canadian Members and brokers, correspondents, lawyers and the Marine Transport Safety Board, and showed the Club's DVD No Room for Error. Those attending included Alaska Tanker, BC Ferries, Fairmort, Oak, Orient Steamship, Olympic Tug & Barge, Seaspan, Teekay, Totem, Valles and Washington Marine.
