On 3rd November 2004, the Club held a 'Getting to Grips with the Human Factor' workshop in Paris for 20 Members and other participants including

The workshop, introduced by Capt Karl Lumbers, the Club's Loss Prevention Director and led by Capt Malcolm Lowle, the Club's HSE consultant covered HSE and and management systems, safety culture, the measurement of performance, accidents, human error, the assessment and management of risk, emergency response and 'the edge'. The Club's DVD No Room For Error was shown.
