UK Club AGM and Directors Meeting in Bermuda
Tullio Biggi receives congratulations from retiring chairman Aleco Kairis upon taking the helm of the UK P&I Club
On 17th October 2005 the UK Club held its Annual General Meeting and Directors' Meeting in Bermuda. At the AGM, the Directors elected four new Directors, Messrs Amir H Azizan of AET Inc, Sergey Frank of OAO Sovcomflot, NG Inglessis of Samos Steamship and AC Margaronis of Diana Shipping Services.
Aleco Kairis, the Club's Chairman for the past five years, retired and Tullio Biggi was elected Chairman with Mr E André and Mr CI Caroussis as Deputy Chairmen.
The decisions taken at the AGM are confirmed in Circular 15/05.
The Directors' decisions regarding Calls, including the General Increase for the 2006 Policy Year, are contained in Circular 16/05.
