UK Club Seminar for CMA/CGM in Marseilles

 


On 25th October, Chao Wu, Rod Lingard, Kamel Tlili and Richard Offord gave a seminar to CMA/CGM staff at their offices in Marseilles covering the scope of P&I cover, provisos, conditions, exclusions and limitations, best practice claims handling, environmental liabilities and Club cover.

The seminar, which was chaired by Mathias Besnard, manager of the legal department, concluded with a workshop.
