UK Club Seminar for AET/MISC in London
On 8th and 10th November 2005, the Club held a seminar for Members American Eagle Tankers and staff of MISC in London. The seminar, which was organised by John Baptist of AET, was given by Paul Sessions, Tony Kennedy, Alan Hedgeland and Kit Chan and covered cargo claims, contracts of carriage, tanker claims, bills of lading, deviations, letters of indemnity and delivery of cargo without bills of lading. The seminar concluded with a practical exercise discussing problems with cargoes of heavy fuel oil.
