UK Club Attends London Shipping Law Centre "mock trial" in Greece

The London Shipping Law Centre in partnership with Bimco “mock trial” was held in the Metropolitan Hotel’s Aegean Sea Ballroom on Friday 12th May.
The event was well attended by over 200 senior members of the maritime community. Presentations included the implications of ISM for owners’ and managers’ liabilities and evidence at the trial was based on ISM documents and created a hypothetical situation.
The discussion panel included Simon Kverndal QC, Andrew Mitchell, Ian MacLean, George Tsavliris, Dr Aleka Sheppard, Sir Anthony Evans, Dr Phil Anderson, Steven Berry QC and Tony Fielder from the Club’s Piraeus office.
