Members and Millers were participants in the Tour Pour La Mer charity cycle ride organised by UK Club Member V Ships together with the American Bureau of Shipping and Intertanko to raise money for the Missions to Seafarers and the Sea Alarm Foundation.

James Brosnan of UK Club Member American Eagle Tankers distinguished himself by being the first to complete the distance. A team drawn from the ranks of UK P&I Ben Dillon (Area Group L3/L5), Marc Duck (Area Group L1) and Nick Whitear (Marketing) provided a brave rearguard effort.

The event has been a great success for the charities it supported and our thanks to all who sponsored us in this event.
