Stephen James receives Sovcomflot medal

Stephen James with UK Club Director and Sovcomflot President Sergey Frank and Vladimir Mednikov (Vice President) at his presentation in Moscow of the Sovcomflot medal. Stephen James was presented with this medal by Mr Frank to mark "the long-term and fruitful co-operation in the field of P&I Insurance and contribution to its development in the Russian shipping community." Stephen has been a regular visitor to Russian shipping companies since 1972, initially as an underwriter and ultimately as chairman of Thomas Miller P&I.
