Thomas Miller P&I Chairman Luke Readman recently attended a reception at Trinity House given by the President of the International Chamber of Shipping to mark the retirement of Chris Horrocks.

Chris joined the International Chamber of Shipping in 1978 and has been Secretary General since 1990. He is being succeeded as Secretary General by Tony Mason. Spyros Polemis, the President of the International Chamber of Shipping, paid tribute to the great contribution made to shipping by Chris during his time as Secretary General of ICS and ISF, and welcomed Tony Mason as his successor.
