Dangerous Goods Seminar in Hong Kong

 







On 18th October the UK Club, in conjunction with the TT Club, hosted a seminar on the carriage of dangerous goods for 90 of their Members in Hong Kong. Talks focused on the differing views of various parts of the industry on the subject. New initiatives on internet training recently launched by Exis Technologies in conjunction with the IMO were also discussed. Local views were put forward by Patrick Wong of the TT Club, who concentrated heavily on local legal requirements and gave some frightening true stories of non-declaration of DG cargoes in the area.
