Wuhan Maritime Court, China Visit August 2004

The Club hosted a visit from Xu Shao Lin, Vice President of Wuhan Maritime Court, as part of his year's study of UK and international maritime laws at the Institute of Maritime Law, Southampton.

Judge Xu discussed issues particularly relating to the incorrect handling of transport documentation with the Club's Signum documentary fraud experts, legal experts and claims handlers.
