WMU Visit 5th April 2005

Visit of the World Maritime University students to International House on 5th April 2005.

On 5th April 2005, 21 students of the Port Management Class of the World Maritime University, Malmo under the leadership of Mr S-A Wernhult spent a day with the UK P&I Club and other Thomas Miller businesses at International House as part of their field trip to London. They were given lectures on the Club and its cover. There were also detailed lectures on property claims, equipment claims and security and IMDG awareness as these issues affect the Through Transport Club. The final lecture was on P&I loss prevention. Miller Marine organised a tour of LLoyd's Building.
