30 graduates of the 17th IMLI Course visited London on a field trip following their graduation in Malta. Visits to Lloyd's Building and Trinity House were arranged by Thomas Miller. Lectures were given by Andrew Kennedy on Lloyd's Register, Dr Chao Wu on the latest developments in environmental issues and Nick Whitear on P&I and communication with the media.
The highlight of the visit was a boat trip on the river Thames. Guests included Dr Rosalie Balkin and Gaetano Librando from the IMO, Professor Francis Reynolds (Oxford) and Brian Rivett (Miller Insurance).
