David is a master mariner and an attorney and worked for a major oil company as operations manager. He handles all types of P&I claims, as well as Defence claims. |

Jana joined Thomas Miller (Americas) in November 2005 after seven years of practice as an attorney specializing in maritime matters. She handles both Defence and P&I claims. She is also a member of TM(A)'s Bodily Injury Team. |

Cheryle joined TM(A) in 1985 and handles cargo claims. She has prior experience working for a steamship agency and chartering brokers. |

John joined TM(A) in 1990 from an attorneys specialising in maritime matters. He handles all P&I claims, specialising in pollution and collision claims and co-ordinates the handling of major claims with the Claims Technical Director and the specialists. |

Karen was a partner at a leading maritime law firm before joining TM(A). She specialises in personal injury claims and is a member of TM(A)’s Bodily Injury team. |

Aki Tsukui joined Millers in 2004. She is on secondment to the New Jersey office. Aki is a qualified solicitor and has worked with Holman Fenwick & Willan. Aki speaks Japanese and some Greek. |

Kevin has been with TM(A) since 1996, coming from a leading Texas maritime law firm. He joined the New Jersey office in 2006 after leading the San Francisco office for six years. He is the Americas region environmental specialist and handles all types of P&I claims. |

Amy joined the New Jersey office in June 2004 as a claims executive. She handles P&I and Defence claims. Amy has an LLM from the University of Oslo. |
