The UK Club's Japan Branch office serves the Club's Japanese Members from its offices in Hamamatsucho, Tokyo. The office is co-located with the UK Club's correspondents, ISS P&I, Tokyo.

 Motohiro Sugiura (MS)
A graduate in law, Moto Suguira joined Dodwell & Co. Ltd. in 1960 and in 1983 became manager of Dodwell P&I and later in 1990 representative of Inchcape P&I in Japan. He was appointed UK Club Japan Branch Representative in 1997.
 Fumiaki Izawa (FI)
A graduate in management studies, Izawa joined Dodwell & Co. Ltd. in 1968 and Dodwell P&I in 1974. He has been with the UK Club's Japan Branch since its inception in 1989, giving all types of advice to Members as well as marketing. He is a Director and general manager of the UK Club's Japan Branch office.
 Masako Kodaki (MK)
An English literature graduate, Masako Kodaki joined Dodwell P&I in 1977. She was appointed to the UK Club's Japan Branch at its inception in 1989 as assistant to the UK Club's Representative. In addition, she is responsible for administration, finance and IT.
 Miki Nakagawa (MN)
Ms Nakagawa joined the Club's Japan Branch in 1999 as assistant to Masako Kodaki.
