Europe - ERST

The Europe Region Service Team (ERST) consists of the Communications team, the Fee processing team, IT (OASIS) Support and the secretarial Late Shift. Organised into four teams the ERST provides cover between 7am and 9pm and supports all the London-based Area Groups.

The Communications section of ERST is responsible for OASIS scanning and referencing and handles all communications for the London based Area Groups. ERST Fees are responsible for worldwide P&I fee payments from correspondents, lawyers and suppliers. The Late Shift secretarial team in ERST provides an overflow, out of office hours, secretarial service for all the London based Area Groups and Thomas Miller. In addition to the secretarial service the Late Shift cover the work of the ERST Communications during the hours of 6-9pm every evening.
