| | Paul Knight (PK) Paul is a solicitor and joined Millers in 2003 from another P&I club in Greece where he spent three years as a claims manager handling both P&I and hull and machinery claims. Prior to this Paul served as a deck officer for five years with the Royal Navy. |

| | Tony Kennedy (AJK) Tony is a master mariner with 24 years experience in the shipping industry both at sea and in ship management. He joined Millers in 1986 and was formerly manager of Syndicate B2 and was L2 Area Director. He has particular experience of cargoes and commodities. |

| | Lance Hebert (LAH) Lance joined Millers in 1977 and was a senior claims handler dealing with the Club's Members based in Greece, Germany and South America. Lance was the manager of the Club's Miami office for several years and specialised in pollution matters and the support of Members in South America. Lance is now a senior claims director and speaks Portugese and some Spanish. |

| | Malcolm Bourne (MRB) Malcolm has been working at Millers since 1983. He previously worked for a major British shipowner and has experience of ship agency work. |

| | Kit Chan (KLC) Kit practised as a solicitor dealing with shipping, medical negligence and personal injury work at a London law firm before joining Millers in 1995. She has a masters degree in International Business Law. Kit speaks Malay and several Chinese dialects. |

| | William Fearn (WF) After qualifying as a solicitor with a leading London law firm, William joined Thomas Miller in 2003 managing claims in the War Risks department. In 2007, William moved to the L2/L6 area group where he handles claims on behalf of all the Members. |

| | Kevin Hoffland (KAH) Kevin joined Millers in 1976 and spends the majority of his time handling claims for the Club's Russian, Romanian and Turkish Members. He is also the group's claims processor. |

| | Johanah Lewis (JL) Johanah joined Millers as a senior claims executive in February 2006 from a London maritime law firm, where she was a partner. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Johanah worked as an assistant to a well known commercial/maritime arbitrator. |

| | Elisabeth Naaykens (EN) Elisabeth joined Thomas Miller in 2007 after completing a Master’s Degree in Maritime Law at the University of Southampton. Prior to her studies in the UK, she graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Master’s Degree in International Trade. Elisabeth is fluent in Dutch and also speaks
Russian and French. |
