Making our organisation clear
Making Contact is intended as a point of reference for Members, correspondents and other regular contacts of the Club. It is a comprehensive guide to the Club's senior management, claims and underwriting structure and incorporates short biographies of all the people with whom you will meet, correspond or speak.
The management of the Club is organised along regional lines. The structure is based on area groups (organised in regions) which concentrate on providing the Club's claims management and advisory services to the Members based in their areas. Each has an area director accountable for the delivery of the full range of the Club's services to each of the Members.
Each area group and regional syndicate offers a broad range of skills and experience and provides a flexible response to Members' problems. Additionally the Senior Claims Directors (formerly Specialists) back up the area groups and regional syndicates with a nucleus of senior claims handlers. These provide exceptionally experienced support on major claims and form the Club's casualty response team. The area teams, regional syndicates, the Senior Claims Directors and underwriting all have easy access to the senior management team, fully supported by advanced information systems which are available to all managers' staff worldwide.
