James Baker (JAB)
  James is a master mariner with experience in liner operations, bulk carriers, container ships and ro-ro vessels. He spent some time managing a surveying company in Japan, after which he joined Thomas Miller in 1984. James has specialised experience of dealing with major oil pollution claims. He recently qualified as a mediator and is closely involved with members in Russia, the Ukraine and most recently Japan.
