Karl Lumbers (KSL)
  Karl is a Master Mariner with some thirty years experience in the marine industry, who joined Thomas Miller in 1986 from a leading firm of marine consultants in London. He spent several years claims handling in the syndicates, after which he helped set up the Club's Loss Prevention Department which he now manages.
