 Colin Lewin (CL)
Colin Lewin joined in 1986 working in various underwriting and management roles in TT Club until 1994 when he moved to Hong Kong developing the firms network of offices and business in Asia Pacific as Regional Director during an exciting growth phase. In late 2002 he returned to London as COO of TTClub before being appointed Group Learning and Development Director in January 2008.

 Lisa Fletcher (LF)
Lisa worked with a major bank as training support coordinator before first joining Millers in 2003 as Training Executive. She works with Angela Gamblin on the structure, content and delivery of the Club's training programmes. Lisa has a law degree.
 Elsa Howay (EH)
Elsa Joined Thomas Miller in February 2006. She is responsible for the organisation of internal training events.
