Other Services - Environmental Section

The Environmental section advises Members on all aspects of pollution and environmental risks, including casualty response.

 Chao Wu (CYW)
Chao completed her PhD. degree on oil pollution liability in 1993, published as Pollution from the Carriage of Oil by Sea: Liability and Compensation. She joined Millers in 1994, moved to New Jersey in 1996. In addition to her role as the Club's Legal Director, she is also the director of Miller's Environmental Section and works closely with Nigel Carden and the Club's Members on all aspects of pollution and environmental issues. She maintains the Environmental Encyclopaedia which is available to Members on epandi.com. Chao speaks Mandarin, Shanghainese and French.
