Sophia Grant (SLG)
  Sophia joined Thomas Miller in 1992 and from 1994 worked as a claims handler dealing mainly with French and Spanish members. Sophia has assisted with the distribution of the OASIS claims handling system and was most recently the manager of the Europe Region Service Team (ERST).
