Everyone in the Club's offices worldwide can be contacted by direct line telephone and by e-mail, and their contact details can be found in the Making Contact Direct listings. Additionally, for claims matters it is recommended that Members use the Team Mailbox for the appropriate office/area group to avoid possible delays when executives are away from the office and unable to read e-mails personally addressed to them. In addition, the List of Correspondents and Rules & Bye-Laws provides contact details for the Club's correspondents worldwide as well as for the Club's staff. The List of Correspondents is available in hard copy from your local Club office, or can be downloaded in pdf format.
