Mark joined Millers in 1978 originally working in the underwriting Department. Formerly the Operations Accountant with the Finance Department he became the manager of Credit Control in 2001. |

| | Linda King (LAK)
Linda joined the Cockfosters office in 1979 working in the expenses department before moving into credit control in 1983. She covered all areas of the credit control specialising in Greece and old Eastern bloc. Then in 1997 her work progressed to predominantly liasing with the P&I and Defence Clubs' lawyers. |

| | Chris Noad (CN)
Chris joined the Cockfosters office in 1969 working first on HWR, UKWR and later P&I, Defence and TT. With the move to London he joined TT for a year helping to develop computer debiting and handling the 1983 Return of Call before returning to P&I/FDD. He has covered many areas including the old Eastern bloc, USA/Canada, Europe and currently the Far East. |
