Guide to registration for UK Club Online Services
In order to improve access to claims and underwriting data as well as loss prevention, technical and advisory information, we provide a private Members Area of the Club website.
This area of the website is only accessible to Members and other Club partners who login with their own unique user ID and password.

Registration with UK Club Online Services
In order to access the Members Area please follow these simple steps.
The Club website displays six boxes on the right hand side. Click on the box titled “Members Area” (outlined in red below)
The Members Area entry page can be identified by a dark blue banner titled UK P&I Members Area
To register for the first time please click on the option “P&I Online Services Register” (outline in red below).

The next page asks you to confirm that you wish to register with the Club Online Services. Please click ‘Register’ in order to proceed.

You will be presented with the terms and conditions of use page, which requires you to click “I agree” before progressing to the next stage.

An onscreen form will then appear which asks that you complete the various details of your name, company and contact details.
There are also a number of fields required to be completed to ensure security of your account and the online services in general.
The form asks you to nominate a contact within the UK Club who can verify your application to ensure it is genuinely from you. The next fields ask you to nominate your password. This password is encrypted and will not be seen by anyone but you.
Should you forget your password we suggest you enter a password ‘prompt’ This is a phrase or word that will help you recall your password.
We also provide options for a security question. This enables you to choose a question to which only you are likely to know the answer. In the event you have lost your password, it will provide a security check for the computer’s own system for restoring passwords for you.

When you have successfully registered the following message will appear.

At this stage the registration application has been forwarded to your nominated P&I contact and they will be asked to confirm that it is a valid registration. As soon as they have given that confirmation it will become active and you will be notified by email.
Using the Club’s Online Services
Each and every visit to UK P&I Club Online Services you will be prompted for your user name and password. They must be entered exactly as registered. The password is case sensitive. Please take care to remember your password as we will not be able to reset it without confirming your identity.
In the Members Area simply enter your chosen user name and password into the two white entry boxes highlighted in red below. Then click the Login button

The logged in Members Area page will then appear.
This has the same dark blue banner titled UK P&I Members Area but with a personalised welcome message referring to your chosen user ID.
This user ID provides you with access to areas which you are entitled to access in respect of general advice and information as well as your specific claims information, renewal and underwriting services. Please do not hesitate to contact your usual Club contact (see letterhead for email, phone and fax details) if you wish to arrange access to these services in addition to the Directors Area material.
You can still access the areas of the website outside the Members Area either by using the ‘Jump to . .’ box, or clicking on UK P&I Home at the head of the page. Your login session remains active so you can then return back to the Members Area without having to repeat the login process.
To log out of the Members Area simply click on the text “Log out” which appears at the head of the screen above the blue banner.
