Obituary: Mr J.C. Kim

It is with regret we announce the recent passing of Mr J.C. Kim. He had been the Club’s correspondent in Busan with Hyopsung Shipping Corp. since 1967.

J.C. was also the President of Hyopsung Surveyors & Adjusters Corp. and had been involved from the beginning of the Club's relationship with South Korean Members. His commitment to the Club and its Members was evident on the many occasions he supported them on local claims issues.

J.C.’s son, D.Y. Kim, is a member of the Thomas Miller Asia-Pacific team based in the Hong Kong office. Our condolences to J.C.’s family and friends on behalf of all our Members. He will be greatly missed by us all.
