Lisa is qualified South African lawyer as well as an English Solicitor. Lisa is the Syndicate Manager of the EMEA 2 team.

Background

Lisa joined Thomas Miller in August 2014 and handles both Defence and P&I cases
Prior to that, she practised with a law firm in Africa for 3 years, specialising in ship sales, arrest and container disputes before joining Thomas Miller as a Claims Executive
Lisa became Syndicate Manager of the EMEA 2 team in 2019
Lisa completed her Qualified Lawyers Transfer Exams in 2021 and was admitted as an English solicitor
Lisa speaks Afrikaans

Lisa has completed courses with the Institute of Chartered Shipbroking and attended the Southampton Short Law Course.
