Guillermo is a Senior Claims Executive, with broad experience in handling complex maritime claims globally.
He joined Thomas Miller in April 2019 after working with various multinational marine insurance carriers.
Guillermo is a licensed attorney. He graduated from Tulane University with a J.D. and M.B.A., where he also served as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal.
Guillermo is fluent in Spanish and English, proficient in German and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
