年次総会の通知は本回覧に添付されています。 - 年次総会の議事項目
議事項目は英文回覧に添付されています。定例議題として、各総会議事録の承認、決算書の採択、監査人の指名があります。 - 委任状
委任状及び投票用紙、投票スケジュールは、議事項目に記載されている決議案第4、第5、第6と一緒に同封されています。投票用紙をご記入後、年次総会開催の遅くとも12時間前にクラブ事務局Thomas Miller (Bermuda) Ltdに必着となっています。
