August is the main summer holiday for most of the Club office network. However cover is maintained during this time to ensure that Members’ claims and other issues are attended to when the usual contacts are taking leave.
The latest contact details for both Area Groups and the local Club offices are continuously maintained at Emergency and Out Of Hours Contacts which is linked at the head of every page of this website.
Members are reminded that claims and other correspondence by email should always use the appropriate team mailbox address. A full listing of these addresses can be found on the inside back cover of the current Club List of Correspondents/Rules & Bye-Laws and in Making Contact. Personal email addresses are not monitored during an executive’s absence. Messages may lay unseen in a personal mailbox while they are out of the office.
Members whose own colleagues will be covering for their holiday absences may wish to refer this information to them to assist communications during that absence.
