2012保険年度タンカー追加保険料
「持続性油」を合衆国向けあるいは合衆国から輸送するタンカーの、合衆国航海にかかる追加保険料システムは2012保険年度も継続されることになりました。
2012年度新レートは下記の通り、2011年度より30％引下げられています。
2012年2月20日付の合衆国油濁条項の本文は、クラブ保険約款補則に記載され、当該船舶の加入証明書に記載されます。また、従来どおり「船舶による汚染防止のための国際条約1973/1978」（MARPOL73/78)第13条付則１の規定要件を満たす、バラスト専用分割タンク(SBT: Segregated Ballast Tanks)を装備したタンカーに対しては低額レートが適用されています。

1,000総トンを越えるタンカーについては、ルイジアナ沖合原油ターミナル(LOOP)のみで、あるいは米コーストガード（USCG）に瀬取り水域（港以外）と指定され認可された下記に示す水域のみで、持続性油を貨物として荷積み、荷降しする航海については、航海あたりの保険料は上記に記載の通り通常レートの半分で計算されます。
下記のとおり座標で示した4水域は、現在までにコーストガードが米連邦として指定し、認可した瀬取り水域となります。
