＜要旨＞　中国南部に2017年8月23日台風13号（Hato）が、8月27日に台風14号（Pakar）が上陸しました。大型台風が連続で直撃した広東省では複数の地域で洪水が発生しました。この地域で8月23日から27日の間に貨物を荷揚げした船舶は、後日荷受人から貨物クレームを受ける可能性があることにご注意いただく必要があります。The Club has recently been notified by our correspondent in China, Huatai, of Typhoons "HATO" and "PAKAR", which landed in southern China on 23rd and 27th August 2017 respectively.The Club's correspondent, Huatai, issued a circular (PNI1709) on 25 Aug 2017, informing of multiple causalities as a result of both of the typhoons. Both typhoons resulted in flooding of multiple areas in Guandong province, which may affect several of our Members whom trade around the area.
