バラスト水管理条約-英国MCAがFAQｓを発表
英国海事沿岸警備庁(MCA)は2017年9月8日に発効したIMOのBWMC2004に関する「よくある質問(FAQs)」を発表しました。現在、英国は本条約批准に向け必要な法案を策定中です。
The UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency have issued a set of FAQs relating to the IMO's BWMC 2004 which entered into force on 8 September 2017.The UK has yet to ratify the Convention but is in the process of drafting the necessary legislation that will allow accession to the Convention to take place.
