中国MSA: 2020年低硫黄燃料油国際規制の実施要領 - 法令遵守についての追加ガイダンス

MSAが2019年10月23日に発表した船舶燃料油規制の実施要領について、現地コレスポンデンツであるHuatai Marineは、同実施要領に準じるのが困難な船舶に向けて、回覧(PNI[2020]04)にて追加ガイダンスを新たに発行しました。

Members are reminded of the MSA's Guidance on its Implementation Scheme of 2020 Global Marine Fuel Oil Sulphur Cap ("the Scheme") announced on 23 October 2019 - available here.

The UK P&I Club's correspondents, Huatai Marine, have now issued their Circular PNI[2020]04 [here] providing additional guidance for vessels facing difficulties in complying with the requirements under the Scheme. These guidance relate to the following three scenarios: 

I. Ships without EGCS and No Installation Plan Fixed
II. Ships with EGCS Installation Arrangement
III. Ships with EGCS Malfunction
