世界保健機関(WHO)は7月17日付で、コンゴ民主共和国で流行しているエボラ出血熱について「国際的に懸念される公衆衛生上の緊急事態(PHEIC)を宣言しました。7月23日現在、同国の港はすべて稼働していますが、渡航には最大の注意を呼び掛けています。

On 17 July 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC).

Currently, all ports in DRC remain open and unaffected, with WHO strongly advising against any restrictions on travel and trade, however Members are advised to observe updates closely:
