ECM Client Alert 18-2018：パナマ運河の通航 - 燃料油の種類と切り替えの要件
当クラブが昨年4月21日にお知らせしたパナマ運河水域における燃料規制についてのアラートをご参照ください。その後パナマ運河当局はいくつかのよくある質問に回答しておりますが、ECMは2018年8月1日付でクライアント・アラートを発行し、燃料規制の要件にかかわる共通の疑問点について当局の見解を明確にしていす。
Members are referred to the Alert issued by the Association on 21/04/2017 relating to the Panama Canal Advisory A-15-2017: Modification to Fuel Requirements in Canal Waters.The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) has in Section 30 of their latest Panama Canal OP Notice to Shipping No. N-1-2018 dated 1 January, 2018 included information clarifying the area(s) of coverage, equipment affected and types of fuel acceptable for use by vessels not fitted with scrubbers, transiting the Panama Canal under the ACP's fuel regulations.
