ECM client Alert 23-2018:Port Security Advisory 1-18 イラクから到着する船舶に課す入港条件

USCGは、イラクから到着する船舶に対して課す入港条件について、新たなPort Security Advisory （PSA）を発表しました。有効なテロ対策をとっていない国・港とされたリストに今回イラクが追加されたこの新しいPSAは、2018年10月26日以降に米国港に到着する船舶を対象としています。

The USCG has issued a new Port Security Advisory (PSA) announcing the imposition of Conditions of Entry on certain vessels arriving from Iraq. The PSA includes Iraq among the countries and/or ports that have been determined to have inadequate and/or ineffective anti-terrorism measures in place.  This new PSA will affect vessels arriving at US ports on or after 26 October 2018.
